Performances by the Howard University Dance Ensemble, musicians Kevin Marvelle and Grammy winner Zan McLeod, the a cappella group SongRise, plus poetry by DC students and remarks by elected leaders and gun safety advocates, including VA Delegate Kathleen Murphy, Barbara Parker, VA Tech alums Liz Hart and Sarah Saxton, Sandy Hook’s Sophie Ackert, and artist Krista Suh, creator of the evil eye gloves for the March.
