An internship with the Woman’s National Democratic Club offers new learning opportunities, networking, collaboration, and fun. Assignments and responsibilities depend on the department to which the intern is assigned.  Typical tasks may include updating media lists, creating promotional materials and social media posts to promote bi-weekly speaking events, researching how to reach organizations and individuals to join WNDC and promote its projects, working with a variety of Committees and Task Forces, researching possible donors, helping with speaking event execution, planning future activities and strategies, and attending membership events. The WNDC President may also assign projects to interns as needed. 

The position may include no more than 10% clerical work but is expandable to suit an intern’s particular interests. Interns will be encouraged to join a Task Force or Committee and attend the bi-weekly speaking events.

We are looking for creative problem-solvers who enjoy working collaboratively and are able to move back and forth quickly between different tasks.
