War, Genocide, Regime Change, Rape, Climate Change! Plus a Feminist Twist on the Old Testament!

It’s a WNDC “scoop”! — Meet the playwright, John Henry, and the Director, Rick Davis, and Cast Member Gail Kitch, who plays Noah’s Wife, — and other cast members, playing (among others) God and Moses, Adam and Eve, Abraham and Isaac, David and Bathsheba. This new play is almost certain to get you thinking about the religious roots of our present discontents.

Then just three days later attend its world premiere, which takes place at 5 PM on Sunday, September 11, the anniversary of 9/11, an event strangely foreshadowed by the themes in this play — which is highly critical of recent U.S. foreign policy.

It will be performed by a cast of over 50, in costume, outdoors ancient-Greek-style, in an amphitheater at Stone Hill Farm, in Flint Hill, Virginia, just an hour and twenty minutes south of the DC Metro Area, in rural Rappahannock County, just a short  distance from the Inn at Little Washington.

$20 tickets sold at or at gate.  Children welcome for free.  The WNDC may try to organize a Club field trip to Stone Hill that day.  Details TBA.
