Thurs, Oct 29 – Resisterhood Discussion with the Filmmakers

In the final days before the 2020 Election, book yourself a “night IN at the movies” and stream this inspiring documentary at home – and then join fellow Resisters on October 29th in a Zoom discussion with the filmmakers. Upon registration, participants will receive online access to watch the 90-minute documentary ahead of the Thursday night discussion.
When historians tell the story of the aftermath of the 2016 presidential elections, Resisterhood will be Exhibit A. Beginning at the 2017 Women’s March in Washington, DC, the film follows six diverse Americans as they fight for social justice on the streets and in the halls of power.
Over the course of two years, we watch as they work to protect our rights and inspire others to join this peaceful and historic movement. Through their eyes, we experience the reality of Trump’s America. And through their actions, we witness the strength and determination of ordinary Americans during this extraordinary time.
