Tues, Oct 6 – Each of Us Can Play a Role: Actions You Can Take Now to Protect the 2020 Election
October 6, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

A new guide, titled Hold the Line: A Guide to Defending Democracy, was recently released, offering steps that people all over the country can take to ensure the November 2020 election is successful and that the results are respected. Two of the Hold the Line’s co-authors, Hardy Merriman and Kifah Shah, will discuss the guide’s recommendations and rationale, and engage in discussion about how people can organize election protection groups and efforts in their communities. This discussion is the first of a two-part series. Details regarding a subsequent workshop on brainstorming concrete GOTV actions to be announced soon.
Register for this Zoom event. Donations to support our Employee Benefit Fund are welcome.
In the days following this Zoom program, there are Hold the Line Workshops. You are encouraged to apply for one of the workshops (see below) because registration is limited and we expect that they will fill up quickly.
