Dr. Rachel Bitecofer of the Niskanen Center rose to national prominence in 2018 with a relentlessly accurate forecast of district-by-district congressional race predictions, and now she’s bringing her predictive model to bear on the November election. She will share insights into her methodology, advise on what the at-home pundits get wrong, and set us up for a clear-eyed approach to the final months of this cycle.
