Emily Cain of EMILY’s List: The Current State of Reproductive Rights

Emily Cain joined EMILY’s List in 2017 as Executive Director after a decade of experience as a state legislator and public policy leader, two cycles as one of the country’s top ranked Democratic congressional candidates, more than a decade of work in higher education and prior leadership as Chief Strategy Officer for a private sector tech company.
Since joining EMILY’s List, Emily has helped lead the organization to record growth in the size and reach of its important work to elect Democratic pro-choice women across the country and up and down the ballot. Hear from her on the current state of play with regard to reproductive rights; what is happening at the state and federal level, what to watch for, and how citizens can help.
The bar opens at noon, lunch is served at 12:30 and the program begins at 1.
