The enactment of the 19th Amendment is a celebrated achievement but less recognized are the organizations formed by suffragists that have carried on fighting for voting rights, educating citizens, and promoting registration and turnout for the next 100 years. In this session, we hear from two prominent historians and honor these extraordinary organizations, learn their lessons and hear their plans for 2020 and beyond.
