Tues, Apr. 6 – Virtual Chef’s Table & Italian Dinner Party

Get your toque on for a Chef’s Table and Italian Dinner Party! Join fellow diners—virtually!—and watch WNDC’s own Walter Springman and Ric Marino as they share their recipe for the (jarred) Bolognese sauce. If you’ve enjoyed WNDC’s culinary events before, be sure to join us again for another fantastic food experience!
Get your meal basket during curbside pickup between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm. Instructions for preparation will be included with the meal. Dinner basket includes a jar of handmade sauce, fresh tagliatelle pasta, antipasto salad, and tiramisu.
Back home, place your pot of water to boil the pasta at 6:00, pour your glass of wine, assemble the meal per the instructions, set your place in front of the Zoom and join the virtual dinner party and tutorial at 6:30. You’ll get the backstory on the Bolognese sauce that you’re enjoying, and then get a chance to swap cooking tips and catch up with fellow diners.
Wine importer Tom Natan will present the wines and provide a brief story about the wine maker.

Dinner is $45 per person with optional bottle of wine $30.
