Introducing our 2022 Wine Dinner Series! Join us for our series kickoff in January for an Italian wine experience. In collaboration with Elite Wines, enjoy an expert selection of wines and food pairings. We will feature 5 different Italian regional wines that will accompany a traditional multi-course Italian meal: Aperitivo, Antipasti, Primi, Secondi with Cortoni and Dolce. Information about each of the wines will be provided. 

Aperitivo

Wine: Prosecco Conca d oro extra dry
Italian cheeses, Olives, Nuts

Antipasti

Wine: Gradis’Ciutta Pinot grigio
Sauteed Branzino (or rockfish) with Berry Cream Sauce and Fried Celeric

Primi

Wine: Ca del Baio Barbaresco Autinbej
Rigatoni with Pork Bolognese

Secondi with Cortoni

Wine: Collosorbo Brunello di Montalcino
Herb Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Lemon, Mushroom Ragu, Carrots

Dolce

Wine: Sartarelli Passito di Verdicchio
Almond Tart or Dark Chocolate Cake

Included by popular demand—Walter and Ric’s savory bolognese sauce! In honor of Women’s History Month, March’s dinner will be a series of woman-owned wines with a corresponding five courses.
