WNDC: the First 100 Years

Wednesday, September 7 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm

The exhibit will celebrate the Club’s Centennial with ten collages, each encapsulating a decade of the Club’s existence since its founding in 1922 (Selection from 1932–1942 panel, right). Initially developed for WNDC’s 85th anniversary, the exhibit has been updated by Judy Hubbard, Charlotte Kroll, and Suzanne Finney and the Century to Century Committee with material from the WNDC Archives, the Library of Congress, and personal collections. Reception sponsored by the WNDC Educational Foundation.

Guests will enjoy light appetizers in the Eleanor Roosevelt Library and raise a glass of champagne to WNDC’s founders, members, and all of our friends honored in the exhibit.
