Good Hunting depicts Mr. Devine’s 32-year CIA career and looks into current and future national security challenges. At the CIA, Mr. Devine served as both Acting Director and Associate Director of CIA’s Directorate of Operations, which oversees and directs the Agency’s operations abroad. He also served as chief of the CIA’s Afghan Task Force prior to the Soviet Union’s withdrawal from Afghanistan. He is a founding partner and President of The Arkin Group, LLC, an international consulting firm specializing in economic intelligence, security assessments, corporate investigations and political risk analysis. Mr. Devine has written op-eds for the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, Foreign Affairs, the World Policy Journaland Politico. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the recipient of the CIA’s Distinguished Intelligence Medal and the CIA’s Meritorious Intelligence Award.
