DC Metro

Washington, DC has a vibrant community of progressive organizations that are fighting for values that the Woman’s National Democratic Club shares.  WNDC recognizes that working in partnership with liberal organizations—partisan and nonpartisan—advances our work toward gender equality, social justice, and economic opportunity.

The DC Metro Task Force is the WNDC “ears on the ground” to learn what other organizations are doing to promote good policy and how we can help.  WNDC shares information with our members and supporters through our website, emails, and social media; invites speakers to talk about current events and broader issues; and co-sponsors community activities and events.  If you are active in the community and want to foster relationships to build stronger connections, this Task Force is for you.
