Award-winning Washington DC-based Lynn Veronneau defies easy categorization. The husband-and-wife duo of Montreal vocalist Lynn Veronneau and her British guitarist Ken Avis, translate many themes from their musical journeys. Brought to you by the Whittemore Concert Series, their repertoire ranges between multilingual performances based on jazzy original songs and classics from the worlds of bossa nova, French chanson, folk, blues and pop. “Internationally recognized Veronneau has lit up the jazz world with its love of powerful melodies, heartfelt interpretations of jazz music and intimate shows.
