As the Latino population continues to help shape America's cultural, political, and economic landscape, the need for strong leadership and equitable educational opportunities in this community has never been more urgent. Join us for a compelling conversation with Marco A. Davis, president and CEO of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to developing the next generation of Latino leaders. Davis will offer insights into the growing U.S. Latino population and the pressing need for increased Latino representation among the nation's leadership, particularly within public service. Davis will explain how increasing educational achievement is critical to not only advancing the Latino community’s well-being but also ensuring our nation's future success. This program will deepen our understanding of the Latino community as we celebrate Hispanic Heritage month!Register to be part of a conversation that impacts the future of all our communities. Davis leads the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute in providing leadership, public service, and policy experiences to outstanding Latino students and young professionals. He previously served in the Obama administration as deputy director of the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for Hispanics and as director of public engagement for AmeriCorps. A Yale graduate, Davis is a Pahara-Aspen Fellow, a 2024–25 Terker Distinguished Fellow at George Washington University, and a former member of President Joe Biden’s Commission on White House Fellowships. He currently serves on the executive boards of Hispanics in Philanthropy and HACR, the nation’s leading corporate advocacy organization, representing 13 national Hispanic organizations in the United States and Puerto Rico.
