Join Ariane Hegewisch for an insightful discussion on workplace discrimination, gender equality, and the policies shaping work-life balance in the United States and around the world. As a senior research fellow at the Institute for Women’s Policy Research (IWPR) and scholar in residence at American University, Hegewisch leads IWPR’s research on workplace discrimination and specializes in comparative human resource management and policies that promote gender equality.
With extensive international research experience, Hegewisch has published numerous papers and articles and co-edited several books, including "Women, Work and Inequality: The Challenge of Equal Pay in a Deregulated Labour Market."
